By its nature, the process of creating a video yields constant feedback and evaluation. As production teams navigate through the different stages, there are many points that might include an informal conference/evaluation. By sharing the criteria before you begin each segment, participants will have better expectation of the value placed on each part of the process. This also helps eleminate procrastination and develop a strong final product.
