Sue Shear Institute for Women in Public Life

Women’s Initiative Leadership Council—Provost Glen Cope established this community based leadership committee in fall 2008.  The committee is composed of campus and community leaders who will work together to benefit the many women’s initiatives on the UMSL campus.  As a forum for ideas, this committee will examine current programming, identify potential opportunities, offer strategic advice to increase the visibility and impact of our programs as community educational resources, and promote networking among university, business and organizational leaders with shared interests.
