9/22 中秋烤肉 (with WASHU)

Dear all,

It’s time to celebrate our great festival, Mid Autumn Festival.

TWSA and TGSA (from Washington University) will throw the Mid Autumn Festival BBQ party on Saturday, September 22nd together. Everyone is welcomed including members, non-members, friends, family, and anyone you want to invite.

We will provide tasty BBQ foods, moon cakes, and drinks. Moreover, we will play some interesting games and/or sports on site. Since there might be many Taiwanese students from other universities, please do not miss this great opportunity to make more friends.

Time: September 22 (Sat.), from 1200 pm
Location: West End Picnic Site at the Tower Grove Park

We will take the fee from both member of TWSA and nonmember because we might not afford all the expense for the BBQ party. The following fees are what we estimated.
Fees: TWSA members: $5~$10 (hopefully $5)
Non-members: $10~$15 (hopefully $10)
After we are sure that how many people will join this party and the final decision about the fee of member and nonmember can be decided. The more people join us, the less you will pay for it. Hence, welcome to join us.

In order to take orders of food and drinks, please let me know via email or phone call by Sep.15th. The final fee to be charged will be posted on the website on Sep. 17th.

個人負責事項：
文志 — 烤肉食材（肉、蔬菜）
崇斌 — 木炭、紙盤、餐具（叉子、筷子…）、烤肉醬、烤肉用燃油、錫箔紙
彥廷 — 飲料 ※不可使用玻璃瓶裝
彥生 — 月餅、cooler
Peter — 印免稅單交給各負責採購人員
佩弟＋小紅（UMSL副會長） — 活動
UMSL — 烤肉當天請派人執收據至百利領取處理好的烤肉並運至 Tower Grove

1. 烤肉用具如烤肉架… 等由 WashU 同學提供，但也請 UMSL 同學調查是否可借調
2. 費用由雙方依人數均攤
3. 各聯絡人可於調查人數時順便向決定參加的同學收錢
4. 各位幹部請於當天早上11:00先行前往會場進行前置作業。理想狀況是在其他同學陸續抵達時已生好火並開始烤肉
5. 根據參加人數決定分組。烤肉當天可於同學抵達時分別給予配戴不同顏色之名牌
6. 前30分鐘至一小時為烤肉/午餐時間，不進行活動
7. 待各組用餐接近尾聲，於大約下午一點鐘開始進行小組康樂活動。勝利者可贏得獎品
8. 是否播放音樂增加氣氛，由活動自行斟酌 Joanna要自告奮勇唱歌！ :P

遊戲 2~3 個，由活動負責人視當天參與狀況及時間控制調整
以下為目前遊戲提案：
1. 分組猜拳，輸者被貼貼紙。結束後統計被貼最少之小組勝利
2. 成語猜謎 / 比手劃腳
3. 夾球競走
4. 踩氣球
5. 各組分別派一人上台，事先只有如比長短、大小、… 等提示，待上台後公布比賽項目
