Reporting Misconduct

 

How to Report

Reports of social misconduct may be sent to Student Conduct & Community Standards c/o Office of Student Affairs by any of the following means:

  1. delivered or mailed to:
    Student Conduct & Community Standards
    c/o Office of Student Affairs, 301 Woods Hall
    University of Missouri - Saint Louis
    1 University Blvd
    St. Louis, Mo 63121
  2. faxed to 314-516-5221
  3. emailed to braddixd@umsl.edu with a copy to student_affairs@umsl.edu.

Reporting parties may use the student conduct referral form provided in pdf format, or may simply provide a detailed description of the suspected misconduct with the accused student's identifying information and contact information for the reporting party. The contact information is required to complete the investigation. The reporting party may also be needed to testify at a Conduct Hearing if the case goes to a committee.

Please mark all reports "CONFIDENTIAL" and retain a copy of documents submitted to Student Conduct in a safe location.
