This is a need-based scholarship program, the recipient will be in the high need category for financial aid. The combined federal adjusted gross income of the student and the student's family, as required to be reported on the Fee Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be less than or equal to $40,000 per year and the student must have financial need as defined by federal financial aid regulations. The recipient must be enrolled full-time (a minimum of 12 credit hours) in a science education program at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
