1. SYSTEMS ANALYST

Project overview: Client has approximately 8 systems running on a Dec Vax machine. These systems are not Y2k compliant. At least one of the systems is fairly complex and at least two are mission critical. The nature of this project is to have the analyst review each of the VAX resident systems and create a comprehensive design for conversion to a client server environment. The appropriate candidate may also be retained to oversee the conversion if he/she has the right skills.

Manage hardware, software, and personnel resources to effectively develop and maintain Miller Brewing Company information systems. Perform or supervise systems analysis, design, and programming activities to meet client requirements. Provide tactical and strategic support in the selection and implementation of new technologies. Will support MRPII-based manufacturing software system, design and implement database schemas for EIS, and other data reporting projects. Candidates should possess strong database skills and be able to work autonomously with little supervision.

BS/BA Computer Science or related technical discipline.
Relational/CODASYL database experience, report writing or 4GL, and at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

8. SYSTEMS ANALYST

Duties/Responsibilities: Responsibilities include development, testing and documentation of application pages and business objects based on design specifications. Develops assigned deliverables following all development and GUI standards. Developers will utilize the standard frameworks provided by the Application Architecture Team. Will be expected to participate as a team member among other developers and analysts implementing the solution. Acquires IT knowledge and technical skills through participation in projects and activities.

Qualifications:

Required:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business with emphasis in Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Skills in Internet or client/server development tools.
SQL/relational database experience.
Ability to learn the functionality of the areas that they are responsible for.
Good organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Experience in analyzing, designing, and delivering systems of small size and complexity.

Preferred:

11. BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities: This position is for the PeopleSoft AR/Billing team. This team is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the implementation of the PeopleSoft AR/Billing modules. This role will include the full package software implementation life-cycle, which includes identification and documentation of business requirements, gap/fit analysis with PeopleSoft AR/Billing modules, performing a prototype, building the required tables and possible customizations, unit testing, creating the reports, piloting the application,and implementation. Ability to understand how the business process, on-line functions, batch functions, and databases are interrelated to evaluate technical needs. Provide guidance to the business partners in development and execution of the work plans. Work with the other test team members to establish priorities, areas of responsibility, and manage effort. Demonstrated team attitude, working well with other team members and business areas. Willingness to help other team members and work on tasks outside of your areas of responsibility as needed. Ability to work with multiple business areas simultaneously.

Requirements:
1-2 year business analysis and 2-4 years Information Systems experience desired. 2 plus years PeopleSoft functional experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and self-motivation skills required

Work as a cross-functional team member contributing to analysis, development and data warehousing areas.
Work with customer and other internal development teams to determine reporting requirements focusing primarily on Data Warehouse and EIS (Executive Information System) requirements.
