My greatest strength is that I always strive for the best and I won't stop until I reach a goal. My greatest weakness is that I am quick to wash my hands of someone.
Description of self-rating of coordinating team projects, creativity, and communication
I would rate myself average on creativity. I don't really think out of the box, being that I am a very straight-forward thinking person, which is a good thing in certain situations when an obvious solution is not clear to others. I'm average at coordinating team projects. I'm good at getting people together and getting things done. I'm above average at communication. I like to talk to and meet new people, I have no problem getting along with others, and I have a lot of tolerance for things.
