The assets that I would bring to the team are strong communication skills and teamwork. I have worked well with various teams in the past whether a role as a leader or stepping back and filling in the best positition that suited my skills. I feel that I am a very resourceful person and am willing to take extra time to research material and learn new subjects in order to be successful.
Liabilities
Liabilities that I would bring to a team would be my lack of knowledge in certain areas of IT such as networking and limited professional experience. There are many areas that I may be learning about for the first time that others will already have a strong grasp of.
