Business Experience:

Employed at a UPS Store for 4 years where I gained experience in sales, using and troubleshooting computer systems and business software, and at times even managing the business while owner was away. Key responsibilities included contacting UPS corporate offices to handle damage claims, providing customer service, and selling shipping services and packaging material.

Strongest Asset:

I believe my strongest asset are my listening/analytical skills. I think that is a key factor in working with groups as hearing the ideas of others and examining the best possible solutions to the problem at hand is very important to deliver quality results.

Biggest Weakness:

Procrastination is by far my greatest weakness. I have fought with it for as long as I can remember, but each year I find myself slowly realizing that it’s so much easier to get things done as soon as possible and it helps lower the stress in my life. I consider it my biggest weakness but one of the most important goals I want to overcome.
