Team Coordination

I have a talent in coordinating team projects.  I have a good way of pulling together all members of the team and assigning tasks based on their strengths.  I believe in using various communication mediums to stay in touch with team members.  I always tend to gravitate towards team leading but I am open to others leading.

Creativity

This is perhaps where my strongest trait exists.  I have very good business creativity.  I believe that creativity alone is not as good as “business” tailored creativity.   I have produced high quality interactive power points and brochures for many of the presentations that I have been evolved with.

Communication

My communication skills as far as the group is concerned, is very good.  Like I said above, I believe in communicating through various mediums.  I have all of my emails forwarded directly to my phone so I am always up to date on project development. 

Analytical     

My analytical skills are average.  This is a weaker area for me that I look forward to developing.

Project Management

I exhibit many of the traits of a strong project manager.  I believe that the participation of everyone in the team is extremely vital. There is no excuse for a passive teammate.  Everyone adds value to a project and I like to extract that value from every member.  I encourage all to express their ideas and all major decisions are made by the group as a whole.  Minor decisions in each member’s portion of the project are entrusted in them.
