9 - I have excellent written and oral communication skills. While working as a security guard, I noticed that officers almost spent more time reporting on their rounds of the facility than they did actually monitoring the facility. To fix this, I added a module to the Access database the department used that allowed the security officers to cut their reporting time by 75%.
