I have completed all required UMSL Business Courses including Statistics, Logistics, Marketing & Strategic Management. Assist Users with DLS/HDSL problems. My experience includes building and maintain a web site for a Nonprofit Organization. Also developing and designing publications for the same organization.

I am a doer! Organized and efficient, I seek to clearly communicate issues concerns, ideas and the like with all team players so that they in turn can do the same for me. I am tireless and persistent; easy to work with and fun. I am excellent at analysis and have no problem and even enjoy at time the work of analyzing situations, defining problems and dreaming up creative solutions. My motto is "if I must do it, I'm going to do it right and try and have some fun in the process". Despite how much I know or don't know I make it a point to treat everyone as a valid a valuable member and demand the same in return. I am a very busy person without much flexibility in my schedule. If I feel that others are not working as hard as I am I will double my efforts because in the end we are graded or measured as a group. This tactic tends to get me the grade or marks I want, but also leaves me exhausted and resentful. While I enjoy research and analysis I have limited experience in programming beyond the two programming classes required at UMSL. However, for the most part, with me in any group that group has gained a plus not a minus.

I am a perfectionist. I don't stop un till I am convinced the job is done right--sort of like an analyst who over defines a problem but doesn't solve the problem.

8 As a former Professional Dancer and Vocalist I consider myself very creative Also I have some experience with creating brochures and flyers.

Communication Skills Rating

 9 As a former Dace teacher of people ages 3-70, I know that my oral communication skills are among the best. Moreover, Having completed numerous reports of 15 pages or more and being in the middle of completing a business proposal for a nonprofit organization right now; my written communicative skills are also very high.

 8 My experience warrants a rating 8 (possibly more) when it come to being able to schedule activities and events in a way that ensure work is done in a timely manner and at a pace that creates a more controlled and less stressed environment

 5 I rate myself as a five for project management because I don't have any formal experience in this field but feel that I could perform well given the need and opportunity.
