Biggest Weakness

• My schedule is my weakest asset. I work full time and I am constantly going between work and school. I am also refinishing
  a house. I will make the time available for school work, but it might be at weird hours and a lot on the weekends.

Business Experience

• I have worked with the implementation of Warehouse automated software on the user's side on two separate occasions.
  I feel this will help me to think about the different areas where we need to look. This is because I have seen how things
  are not always being seen the same by the users and those implementing the programs.

Coordinating Projects

• I am not the best at getting people to work on things. I feel that people should be self motivated and will get things done
  when the say they will.

Creativity

• I am more creative in thinking rather that implementing things. I am not great at designing things, but rather to think of
  different ways to get things done.

Communication

• I am soft spoken when I am uncomfortable in an environment. After I have relaxed around others I tend to become more
  upbeat and outspoken.

Relevant Experience

• I surf the internet quite a bit and I see things on different pages that I like and do not like. This will help me to judge the
  web page against others. I have taken Web Design, but I do not think that helped actually learn how to design a page.
  It was more just coping out of a book and making it look the same.

Analytical Skills

• I am constantly looking for a better and easier way to do something. This can be anything from driving from point A to
  point B or how to change something to make it better. I feel I am good at coming up with ideas, but i am not always
  the best at implementing them.

Project Management

• I do have the tendency to put things off for a while and then to a lot of work at one time. I do not like this about myself,
  but I still find myself doing it. I tend to get everything done, but not always to the best of my ability.
