Registration Exercise

Below there is a Context Diagram and a Level 0 data flow diagram of the UM-St. Louis registration process. The context diagram shows how the UMSL registration process interacts with its environment (the rest of UMSL), while the Level 0 diagram shows the various sub-processes that are included in the registration system.

a. Describe the processes shown in the Level 0 Diagram. That is, describe how information flows: from the environment to the sub-processes, among the sub-processes, and from the sub-processes to the environment. Tell everything you know about the system as it is described in the diagrams. Be as complete as possible in your description.

b. From your experience in registering at UM-St. Louis, what is missing from these diagrams?
