Policies and Procedures
Students should apply for graduation with their Dean's office. The Office of the Registrar places students on the expected graduation list once notified by the Deans's office. We (the Office of the Registrar) must receive notice from the Deans' office when a student changes their graduation date after initially applying to graduate.
Students are encouraged once they apply to graduate to make sure their name and mailing address are correct with the Registrar's Office. If you have a official or minor name change you would like listed on your diploma, contact Debbie Meyers

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get my diploma?
Your diploma will be mailed to you 6-8 weeks after commencement. Please allow 30 days for postal delivery. If you have not yet received your diploma, you may contact the Registrar's Office, (Debbie Meyers at 314-516-5548 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to check on the status.
What if I owe the university money?
If you have a balance on your student account, your diploma will be held until your account is paid in full.
