                 UMSL Students:  Any UMSL student who is open to GLBT diversity, regardless of sexual orientation, may join the organization.  To be considered for a leadership position on the executive board, a member must be an UMSL student who regularly attends meetings and continuously helps with events.

                 UMSL Faculty and Staff:  UMSL faculty and staff may attend meetings and help with events as they wish.

                 Non-UMSL affiliates:  Anyone with ties to the St. Louis GLBTA community may join the organization as an observer.  These members will be aware of the groups’ activities via e-mail.  They may participate as much or as little as they choose.
