Acappellooza Summer is an overnight acappella music summer camp held UMSL for students in grades 9-12. For four days students will be immersed in singing led by some of the world’s most prominent names in a cappella music. The camp will run from June 26-29, 2018. Bridge Program Summer Academy offers academic enrichment courses in mathematics, science, written and oral communication, career research, personal and professional development and activities that support college planning for students currently enrolled in 9th and 10th grade. GlobalHack Summer Camp for children aged 10-13 and 14-18 will be held each week from June 4 – August 3, 2018. Campers will learn how to build their own game, explore the basics of coding, or design their own mobile application. They will build new skills, make new friends, and have fun along the way! The camp is very beginner-friendly — no previous coding experience is required. Need-based scholarships are available. Register before March 31, 2018 for a discount.

Jazz Camp featuring the Jim Widner Big Band is a one-week camp for middle school, high school, and college students. Participants will get to work with professional musicians in a variety of settings. The camp runs from June 3-8, 2018. A limited number of partial scholarships are available. Keyboard Summer Camp runs June 18-22, 2018. This week will involve a variety of master classes, private lessons (piano, organ, and harpsichord), faculty performances, discussions, and recital performance opportunities. Registration is open until June 9. Click here for more information. 

OneCity Stories is a summer high school writing program in the St. Louis area for writers ages 14-17 (incoming freshman to incoming seniors). The program will take place June 11-29, 2018 at UMSL Grand Center. Need-based scholarships are available. For more information, click here.

Students and Teachers as Research Scientists (STARS) Program takes place from June 11 to July 20, 2018 and offers academically-talented students who are entering their senior year of high school a rare opportunity to work within a laboratory research setting with top scientists. SUCCEED Summer Enrichment Camp - SUCCEED is a two year post-secondary program at UMSL for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The SUCCEED Summer Enrichment Camp taking place from June 11-14, 2018 provides students ages 17 to 22 the SUCCEED college experience. Summer Camp Vouchers will be accepted. Applications are due by March 23, 2018. 

U-CREATE is a Summer Camp for kids ages 6-12 at the UMSL Recreation and Wellness Center that is designed to be an active camp that both educates and stimulates, while having fun. Registration is now open.
