Master's Degree students will be interested in the graduate school's regulations. Ed Tec students pursuing a concentration within the Elementary or Secondary M.Ed. program will need the following forms (available in the Graduate Education office, SCC 123, or linked below in .pdf format, which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader):
- Program for Master's Degree form (M-1 form)-- fillable PDF or MSWord Doc (to be filed before completing 21 hours of the program)
- Petition for Change in Degree Program (G-8) -- fillable PDF or MSWord Doc (if you change the program filed with M-1
Doctoral students will be interested in the graduate school's regulations. Students pursuing a Ph.D. in teaching-learning processes, or an Ed.D. in learning-instructional processes may choose an emphasis area in educational technology. Students will need the following forms (available in the Graduate Education office, SCC 123, or linked below in .pdf format, which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader):
- Appointment of Doctoral Program Advisor (CEd.1)
- Appointment of an Advisory Committee (CEd.2)
- Application for Pre-Candidate Status (CEd.3), for either Ph.D. or Ed.D. This includes the program form.

- Appointment of Comprehensive Examination Committee (D-1)
- Comprehensive Exam Committe Report (CEd.5)
