• Attends Leadership Retreat
• Organizes a report of the monthly balance, expenses, and pending costs. 
• Maintains records of all money raised, earned, allotted, spent, or moved.
• Works closely with Student Activities financial office. 
• Writes the budget proposal for University with the collaboration of other Officers and the Campus Minister
