Financial Aid

Students admitted to the UMSL Graduate Program in Museum Studies also receive a Graduate Research Assistantship that covers all tuition and fees, and pays a stipend of $7,500 per year for living expenses. GRAs work twenty hours per week in a museum, archive or museum-related project during the school year.

Graduate Research Assistants automatically receive waivers of non-resident fees if necessary.

No special application for the GRA is required. Your application for admission tells us what we need to know.
