In order to retrieve an item on reserve, you need the "Reserve Number." Searching by the surname (last name) of an instructor will retrieve all items put on reserve for all courses by that instructor. Once you have the call number or reserve number of the item, go to the Circulation Desk (there's a sign over it that says "Circulation/Reserves") and ask for the item by call number or reserve number.
