Cosmic Delight

Cosmic Delight is about children and their hopes, dreams and aspirations. It is about the importance of playfulness, wonderment and things that deal with being loving, curious, and imaginative. It is also about the simple things that life has to offer, whether it is hearing a melody for the first time and dancing with joy or being initiated into the mystery and awe of the first star twinkling in a night sky. Cosmic Delight was the inspiration for the creation of a nine-foot-high pyramid time capsule located as a permanent installation at the University of Victoria. The time capsule is filled with donated children's memorabilia and will be opened in 100 years to honour the past and celebrate the future.
