The Electronic Gallery is an annual juried exhibition, featuring artworks by NAEA members. The exhibition will be presented at the NAEA Convention in slide format from April 4-8, 2003, in Miami, Florida. Work in all media is eligible except video. The slides will be juried for Cash Awards before the presentation. The names of all accepted artists will be printed on the 2003 catalogue. All award-winning images will be reproduced in the 2003 color catalogue & on the EGME web site. You must be a current member of the NAEA to be eligible to participate.
Slide quality is very important because jurying will be conducted solely from slides. There is a maximum of three entries. Artists may submit one detail slide for each entry. Slides must be in a 2" x 2" standard cardboard or thin plastic mount & arrive in protective plastic slide sleeve. Glass slides will not be accepted.
For two dimensional work, mask off all mats, frames and background with SLIDE TAPE so that only the art work is viewed. Unmasked slides will be rejected. Label front of slide with title, entry number, medium and a black dot placed on the lower left front corner. Label back of slide with your name, address, and phone #. No stickers please -- write directly on slide mount. For return of slides & catalogue, please enclose a 9 x 12 self-addressed envelope with $1.00 postage. International NAEA members should send International Reply Coupons to cover the postage for the return of slides and catalogue. International Reply Coupons may be purchased at post offices around the world. The Electronic Gallery recommends the use of registered mail to & from all foreign countries.

A nonrefundable entry fee of $15.00 (US funds) is charged to each artist. This fee entitles the artist to a maximum of three entries. Send check, slides, entry fee, SASE with $ 1.00 postage & entry form below to:
