Athletic Community

Our thriving athletic community is currently made up of the following teams: . Requirements for Mansion Hill can be waived with proof from the Department of Athletics.

Graduate Students

Our Graduate Student Housing, is designed for those students continuing their studies at UMSL. Many of these units are all inclusive with furnishings and utilities included in the rent. Roomate matching is also available for this group.

Family Housing

Our family housing is available to all students who have a dependant child or can provide Proof of Relationship.

One of the following is necessary to provide Proof of Relationship:  marriage certificate, engagement announcement from newspaper, joint checking account for at least one year, beneficiary on life insurance policy, previous lease in both names for at least two years, domestic partner registry (St. Louis City only), birth certificate, both names on birth certificate of dependent child.  Age requirement waived with proof of commitment.

International Village

Our International Village, is designed to accomidate the needs of international student. Many of these units are furnished and roomate matching is available.

Transitional Students

Our Transitional Student Housing, is designed for those students moving into their first apartment either from the dorms or from home. Many of these units are all inclusive with furnishings and utilities included in the rent. Roomate matching is also available for this group.
