Application Process and Requirements
Requirements:
All students must be 21 years of age or older. The age requirement is waived for students with children, married or engaged, have at least 60 credit hours, or applying for the athletic community's themed housing with the main office's permission.
Students must be enrolled in 3 credit hours but do not need to be full time students.
All applicants will be subject to enrollment verification, as well as rental and criminal background checks.
Process:
After deciding to move to Mansion Hills Applicants Must complete our Online Application and pay the $25 application fee to the office.
The Office will then complete your Enrollment Verification and the Criminal & Rental Background Checks. (This process can take about a week)
Once this is returned we will contact you and set up a lease signing.
