The Office of Residential Life and Housing at the University of Missouri-St. Louis is committed to providing on campus housing and maintaining a learning environment that encourages academic success, student engagement, personal growth and personal responsibility.
Location and Hours
Conveniently located off University Boulevard (Florissant Road) and I-70, the main Office for Mansion Hill's Apartments is 4343 Normandy Trace Drive, St. Louis, MO 63121 on North campus. We are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (except university holidays and campus closings). History
Mansion
Hill Condominiums consist of 218 units which were once all privately owned. In 1998, the University began purchasing units to convert the complex over to student housing. The mindset for the initial purchase was to accommodate international students, out of state students, non-traditional students (such as those who return to school later in life to further their education or have children) and those who are 21 years of age and older looking for a traditional apartment community close to the university and the Metrolink. Today, the university owns 171 units.
