Click FACULTY to access the forms for placing or removing materials on reserve and for purchasing books for reserve.

The Thomas Jefferson Library maintains course reserve collections to support instructional requirements. The reserve collection consists of library materials, articles, and instructors’ books, syllabi, and lecture notes. Faculty request these materials be placed on reserve.

Patrons may only have two reserve materials checked out at any given time. The loan periods for reserve materials are:

The library will make items available as soon as possible, however please allow 24 to 48 hours for items to be placed on reserve.

Additional charges will be assessed for overdue materials.
