CHIEF OF PARTY IN DROC NOV 2002 – AUG 2005

1. USAID funded project PAPA (Nov. 2002 – Jan 2005)
Managed PAPA project (Project to support active pedagogy). Established pilot activities in the basic education sector of Vanga (Bandundu) and Luozi (Bas Congo). These pilots successfully served to demonstrate the potential impact of further donor support in the basic education sector of the country.

2. USAID funded project SIIEQ (Dec. 2004 – Aug 2005)
Managed SIIEQ project (Integrated strategies for a just and quality education) to support USAID Strategic Objective 5 in basic education for DROC. This project took to scale lessons learned from the pilot project (PAPA).

CARE/DRC
Provided CARE;s Peace and Reconciliation Program (PRP) with a strategic framework to assist in deciding where and how it would invest to promote the development of the Internet as a vehicle for peace building and democracy development.
