Miscellaneous Letters

In many instances, you may need a letter from our office for which we do not have a standard form. Common examples are letters for scholarship programs, letters to your embassy in support of a passport extension, letters in support of an application for a foreign visa, etc.

You can use the form below to request the letter that you would like our office to write. Please include a description of exactly what you would like the letter to say. Our office will attempt to write a letter precisely as you request, however, under no circumstances can we state or imply any information that is untrue.

After submitting your request, it should take our office approximately two business days to process your request. You will receive an email notifying you when your letter is ready to be picked up from the front desk in our office.
