I am looking for a roommate. The room is available in Mansion Hills. 2 bed rooms, 1 bath room, kitchen, and dining room.
Rent: $350 (No including electricity and Internet, but you won't pay more than $430 per month)
Location: in Mansion Hills/ 8 minutes walk from UMSL/ 5 minutes from Lambert airport by car
NO CONTRACT: All the contracts are under my name, so you won't have to be worried about any contract things.
IMPORTANT: You are able to move in anytime this month (January) also in February. You may have to move out by August. However, since you don't have to deal with any contracts, this room is great for who is looking for a temporary room!

The apartment is close to the university and has a shuttle stop so that transportation is not a problem. The rent is $ 600 which includes everything EXCEPT electricity and internet.

House near parking and transportation office. 3 min walk from UMSL north metro station. perfect house for student who want to leave on campus but looking for a cheaper alternate. The house rent is just $400 per month which includes utilities also. So no other hidden payments. House owner is very good too. so just relax. Right now we are two PhD students in that house and one more can be accommodated as it is three bedroom house with two full bathroom and kitchen to be shared. We are particularly looking for graduate students as we both are but not deal breaker and we want someone who is responsible enough to take care of his own stuff and cleanliness.
