Arrival Form

You can use this form to request that someone from the office of International Student and Scholar Services pick you up from the airport. If you would prefer, you can also print this form from the chart below and send, email, or fax it to us.

If you do not submit your arrival information, you will need to make your own arrangements regarding your arrival. Please do not ask for an airport pick up through our office and also arrange for someone else to meet you at the airport. Please observe the deadlines/limitations below.

After submitting your information, we will confirm your flight information details by email. Once you receive the confirmation email from us, you can assume that we will meet you at the airport. If you do not hear back from us, there may have been an error with submission. Be sure to try again if you don't receive an email from us.
