St. Louis Children's Hospital is in the Central West End area of St. Louis.

From Interstate 44 (eastbound), exit at Kingshighway and travel approximately one mile north. From Interstate 44 (westbound), exit at Vandeventer/Kingshighway exit, travel approximately 3 blocks west on McRee, and turn right at Kingshighway.

From Interstates 55 or 70, exit to Interstate 44 west and follow directions above.

From Interstate 64/Highway 40, exit at Kingshighway north. The hospital is located at the second traffic signal, at the corner of Kingshighway Boulevard and Children's Place.
