Objective:

This course covers some basic conceptual and procedural topics related to providing useful information
for management to assist in guiding and controlling te operations of the firm. Product costing for financial
reporting purposes is also included as a major focus of the course. Emphasis is placed on reasonning,
not on memorization. It is expected that you will further develop analytical skills through problem-solving
and thoughful participation in class discussion as part of the preoparation for a professional career.

Prerequisite: AC5400-Financial & Managerial Accounting
