If you are a strong trainer ready to take your training programs to the next level, this course is for you.

You will learn advanced techniques for:

  • energizing your training program,
  • drawing trainees in, and
  • increasing the value and effectiveness of all your training programs.

In this course, you will learn cutting-edge techniques for coaching, performance consulting, and e-learning. You will also learn how to assess the return on investment (ROI) of your programs.

Who should attend?

  • Trainers with three or more years of experience
  • HR or human resource development managers who want to know the latest advanced techniques
  • Consultants with five or more years of experience
  • People who have attended basic train the trainer programs and want to go to the next level

Certificate Requirements

Complete the 12 hours of training and you will be awarded 1.2 Continuing Education Units and a noncredit Dean’s Certificate in Advanced Training for Trainers from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
