The Entrepreneur Legal Clinic @UMSL is hosting its first ever Nonprofit Legal Clinic on Thursday, August 16, 2018 starting at 6:30 pm. The clinic is free and open not only to UMSL students, faculty and staff, but the the entire community. Receive a one on one consultation from practicing attorneys in topics like:
  • Entity formation
  • Tax exemption filling
  • Drafting by laws
  • Liability issues for nonprofits
  • Insurance
  • Trademark/ Intellectual Property
  • Legality of fundraising
  • and More
Each consultation lasts 30 minutes and begin promptly at 6:30 pm & 7:00 pm. At the end of each consultations, clinic attendees will have the chance to see if they are eligible to hire an attorney for free legal advice. You better hurry and register now, spots are limited!

Directions: The event will take place at the ED Collabitat Building (also known as the Ward E. Barnes Building) on UMSL South Campus. : Clinic attendees who arrive early or on time for their appointment will be entered into a drawing for one NPML Non-Credit Course of their choice.
