Heifer International Heifer International is a not for profit organization which combats hunger around the world by sending animals to places where they are needed. People learn how to take care of the animals, and earn money from the sale of eggs, wool, milk, and other products. Education is a large part of Heifer’s commitment, and the Bio Club supports their efforts each year with a fundraiser held in October. |
