Education Background

Now, I am a second year PhD student in Information Systems at University of Missouri--Saint Louis. Here is my education background before I joined in this program:

• 1997-2001, University of Science and Technology of China, Business School, MIS, Bachelor Degree
• 1998-2000, University of Science and Technology of China, Computer Science, Bachelor Degree
• 2005, University of Science and Technology of China, Communication

Work Experience

• 2001-2005, University of Science and Technology of China, Human Resource Department, Recruiting Manager.

After I got Bachelor Degrees, I worked for Human Resource Department for four more years. My responsibilities include recruiting overseas talents to work for university, managing several million-dollar projects, coordinating recruiters in schools and departments and etc. During these four years, I also gained experience in human resource system analysis and design and participated in E-Governance implementation in the university.
