Welcome to Customer Service for Administrative Services


Mission:

To ensure high quality services to the students, alumni, and visitors of the University of Missouri - St. Louis.

Adminstrative Services prides itself with the services it provides. However, we also realize that excellence requires ongoing evaluation and process improvement.

The function of Customer Service is to help when:

• you need assistance in determining where/who to go to for information or services.
• you are receiving less than excellent service from the Administrative Services offices providing the service.

Here we will assist you by following up with the department on your behalf.

Not only will your issue be resolved, but feedback will be used for process improvement.

Betty Covington is an Executive Staff Assistant who has been with the University for more than 15 years. Betty has worked in both the academic and administrative environments and previous positions include reporting to the Deputy to the Chancellor. Betty currently reports to Reinhard Schuster, Associate Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services.

During the past 15 years, Betty has served on the governing body of the Staff Association, served as a staff member of the Senate Physical Facilities Committee, volunteered at University fund raising events such as the Red & Gold Golf Tournament, and the Chancellor's Report to the Community. She has also coordinated philanthropic events for her department such as United Way, food drives, etc.
