Where is Human Resources Located?

Human Resources is located just inside the General Services Building, in Suite 211. The General Services Building can be found at the corner of Mark Twain & West Drive.

What are the hours of operation for the Millennium Student Center?

The hours of operation for the Millennium Student Center are:

Monday-Thursday 7 a.m - 11 p.m.

Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Sunday 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Where can I catch the Metrolink?

There are two Metrolink stations located on the University of Missouri - St. Louis Campus. One on the South Campus, which is located off of East Entrance Drive, and one on the North Campus, which is located on East Campus Drive.

How do I find the Mark Twain building?

The Mark Twain Building (the Athletics complex) is located at 225 Mark Twain Drive, just up from the main Florissant Road entrance.

Who do I call for building maintenance problems (e.g., too hot or cold, lighting, plumbing)?

  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

  • 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday)

You should call the Police at 314-516-5155. The Police will contact the supervisor on duty.

Who do I call for building custodial problems (e.g., paper towels in restrooms, spilled liquids)?

You should call Emil Woolley, Custodial Manager at 314-516-6666. If he does not answer, you should call 314-516-6320 and the supervisor in the appropriate building will be contacted.

Who do I call if I want to undertake a campus renovation project?

You have two options:  You may call Harry Marler, Supervisor, Facilities Services at 314-516-6315 and he will give you an in-house estimate.  Or, you may call Carolyn Kuo, Manager, Interior Design at 314-516-6422 and she will have one of her outside contractors give you a bid.  Typically in-house is less expensive, but you have to get on their job list.  An outside contractor is usually available much sooner.

Who do I call if I want to learn about the campus master plan? 

There are a number of individuals who can help with the campus master plan. For instance, you may call Reinhard Schuster, Associate Vice Chancellor, Administrative Services at 314-516-6102, or Sam Darandari, Director, Planning & Construction at 314-516-6423.

Where do I look for building floor plans?

Building floor plans are kept by Scott Gunn, Facilities Space Planner, Planning & Construction at 314-516-4565. They are also located on UMSL’s web page. You should go to UMSL’s web page, A-Z section, “P” for Planning & Construction, and click on the “Floor Plans” link.

Where do I look for a space request form?

You should go to UMSL’s web page, A-Z section, “F” for Facilities Planning, and click on the Space Request button.  Follow the instructions from there.
