ACTIVITIES
READING: Students at Wydown read literature selected according to student choice and course requirements. Korean students do the same... reading literature of their choice and requirements.

CURRICULUM PLANNING : Teachers and Wydown Middle collaborate with teachers in Korea selecting stories for their students to jointly ready, share, enjoy and analyze. the techers identify tentative dates and curriculum details.

STORYBOARDING and CHARACTER ANALYSIS: (1) Students at Wydown Middle interpret and summarize the story just completed. They transform the story from text to StoryBoard.(2) Next, they convert the StoryBoard pages into a pdf file (by scanning and printing to pdf). (3) Students complete Character Analysis Table . (4) They are ready then to email (and attach) the pdf version of the StoryBoard and the character analysis table to Tony Ambrose who will post the documents within the Resource Table (see below). (5) Teacher notifies Korean middle school teacher that resources are available .... (6) Korean students read StoryBoard version of the story and study the Character Analysis Table prepared by the Wydown Middle students.
STORYBOARDING and CHARACTER ANALYSIS: The entire process outlined above can obviously originate in the Korean middle school ... the with the Wydown Middle students thus being able to read the Korean Story ( StoryBoard version and CharacterAnalysis Table written in English).
