Health and Wellness Services
Health Services, an ambulatory care clinic, is under the direction of a Nurse Practitioner with a doctoral degree. Care is provided by Nurse Practitioners and a Registered Nurse. Referrals to medical facilties are provided when deemed necessary.
Degree-seeking students and recent graduates are eligible to receive a number of free services designed to help achieve professional goals, including resume assistance, mock interviews, and access to an online database with current internship and job opportunities. Services are available to help students with their career decision-making and the job search process. Students are encouraged to tap into individual appointments, workshops, employer and career events and job fairs. Additionally, career interest inventories and other career assessments are available.
The mission of Counseling Services is to assist students, staff and faculty to define and accomplish their personal and academic goals through counseling, consultation, educational outreach programs, teaching and training. We are committed to tailoring our services to the needs of a culturally diverse campus population.

Community Psychological Service
The Community Psychological Service (CPS) is a not-for-profit outpatient mental health center established by the University of Missouri-St. Louis to provide psychological services to residents of the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Center for Trauma Recovery
The Center for Trauma Recovery provides a variety of community services as a natural extension of its research and treatment studies. The clinicians at the Center possess a very specialized body of knowledge as a result of their trauma-focused research.
Disability Access Services
The mission of Disability Access Services is to acknowledge the uniqueness of each student as a valuable member of the UMSL community. Recognizing UMSL's commitment to equal access to education, we strive to ensure full and equal participation in all education opportunities by:
