Who receives the automatic allocation of term quota?

All students who have credit hours greater than 0 for the current term/semester.

How much term quota is given?

Term quota can be variable per semester, but for the foreseeable future, it will be $30.

What account is the term quota coming out of?

Term quota funds can be determined per semester, but for the foreseeable future, it is SAX35 – PHAROS STUDENT PRINTING.

What do I do if my student print account balance is zero and I need to print?

You can add personal credit/ funds to an account SCRDT-Personal Credit Card Funds.

How do I add credit/funds to a personal account?

You can add credit to a personal account, SCRDT, by using your credit or debit card through MyTritonPrint.  MyTritonPrint help.

If you do not have a credit or debit card, you can add credit/funds with a check or cash by visiting the Cashier’s Office in 285 MSC.  The Cashier’s Office accepts cash, checks (personal, travelers or cashier’s) and debit cards.

How much money can I add to a personal account?

You can add between $5 and $25 to your personal SCRDT account in each transaction.

What account are my personal funds added to?

When you add funds to a personal account you will see the account SCRDT-Personal Credit Card Funds when you print, and in MyTritionPrint.

When my print is unusable or undelivered, how do I request that funds be added back to my account?

If your print job did not print, or came out unusable due to a printer issue, then please see the lab consultant to initiate the process for funds/credit to be added back to your account (SAX35 or SCRDT).

When will a student’s term quota be reset for the next term?

When will a student’s term quota be removed?

Students taking classes consecutively through spring, summer and fall will see no interruption in term quota.

Students not registered for the next consecutive term will have their current term quota removed the first day of the next term.
