All students, faculty, and staff receiving a traffic violation must pay the fine or appeal it within 10 business days of issuance of the citation.
Faculty/Staff Appeals:
Faculty/Staff appeals are reviewed by an UMSL staff committee which reviews each appeal on its individual merits. The committee then makes a recommendation that the appeal be accepted, denied or the fee be reduced to the Director of Parking and Transportation.
