The text above is an example of the USER information used 
by FormServlet.  The first line is the Oracle userid, the 
second is the password.  The next line is the path to the 
location of the SQL files that will be used.  The final 
line is the address of the Oracle database we are connecting 
to.  You must contact the Web Office to have a USER file 
created to use the database aspect of FormServlet.
