Non Desktop System Program Computers
Administrator changes on a Non-DSP computer
To add or change an administrator on a non-DSP campus computer an e-mail must be sent by the department chair to helpdesk@umsl.edu that includes the following information:
- Computer Name: Right-click on My Computer and select Properties then click on the Computer Name tab. The full computer name is listed half way down the page.
- Name and SSO ID of the person that needs to be added as the administrator of the computer.
- Department Name.
