Adobe has stated that our previous three-year contract’s (2013-2015), Enterprise license key (ending in 6392) is hard coded into the software and these older licenses have expired. The serial key is encrypted and not viewable, so there was no way for us to be proactive.
At this time Adobe cannot give us a list of products that expired but stated it is within the creative cloud suite. If you have older software versions installed on your computer, you will need to update your Adobe software.
In order to update your Adobe software, you will need to contact the Technology Support Center at extension 6034 to clear your attempt from your original Adobe download. Once the Technology Support Center has cleared your previous attempt, you can go to the ITS software download page (https://apps.umsl.edu/webapps/weboffice/software_distribution/login.cfm) and reinstall.
