SSO ID

Every UM-St. Louis student and faculty/staff member is assigned a SSO ID, used to access UM-St. Louis computing services. This account may also be referred to as an Single Sign On

Please visit the SSO ID website at http://gatewayid.umsl.edu/

From this site, you may:

1. Look up your username
2. Change your password
3. Reset a forgotten password

Unix accounts
Beginning Fall 2000, Unix accounts are created with the SSO ID username and default SSO ID password. Changing the SSO ID password will not change the Unix password and vice-versa.
