The Technology Support Center provides personal computer support for issues dealing with problems accessing ITS services such as:
- Connecting to your computer from home (Virtual Private Networking - VPN)
- MyGateway
- Outlook
- Email
- Norton Anti-Virus software
- Wireless Access Configuration
If you have a relatively new personal computer you may want to contact the manufacturer for assistance related to questions or concerns not supported by the TSC.
