Your Home Computer

The Technology Support Center provides personal computer support for issues dealing with problems accessing ITS services such as:

  • Connecting to your computer from home (Virtual Private Networking - VPN)
  • MyGateway
  • Outlook
  • Email
  • Norton Anti-Virus software
  • Wireless Access Configuration

If you have a relatively new personal computer you may want to contact the manufacturer for assistance related to questions or concerns not supported by the TSC.
