Pricing Structure

 

Pricing structures are dependent on the type of payment account used to pay for services.

There is an additonal monthly charge of $25.74 to cover voice lines (regular line, voicemail only line, alarm line, fax line, modem line) and a monthly charge of $11.70 for 2 or 4 wire circuits.

There is an additonal monthly charge of $10 to cover voice lines (regular line, voicemail only line, alarm line, fax line, modem line) and a monthly charge of $10 for 2 or 4 wire circuits.

Other standard one-time charges include:

All installations: $145
Equipment upgrades/downgrades: $130 (per piece of equipment, plus equipment charge)
Individual moves: $125

Additional labor charges may be billed hourly: $105/hour (one technician), $210/hour (more than one technician)

Installation of new data cable for ShoreTel IP Phone:

To complete an install or a move of a phone, installation of new data cable(s) by Facilities Services may be required. Please contact Telephone Services for more information.

Billing Change Form:

The Billing Change form is available under Work Order Forms.  Please select the form, fill it out, and print the form.  After you have obtained an authorized signature, send to Telephone Services via fax (x6019) or mail (Suite 6 RCEW).

Long Distance Calling:

The ShoreTel system does not allow us to require 9+1 for long distance calls.  Consequently, you will not be prompted to dial 1 for a long distance call.  If you have any questions, please contact Telephone Services at x6500.
