CallPilot Integrated Messaging

In addition to the basic voicemail method which only allows access by telephone to your voicemail messages, INTEGRATED MESSAGING allows access to your messages within Outlook.

Features include the ability to view the messages similarly to your email, that is:

• You can view caller ID, length of message, and time delivered
• You can "open" and "listen" to your messages in any order you wish
• You can forward the message to someone else's email
• You can save the message in another folder for future reference
  

If you are interested in INTEGRATED MESSAGING, please contact Telephone Services at x6500. A MoCode is required for the following installation costs:

• one time CallPilot Integrated Messaging license fee of $75 (billed by Telephone Services)
• one time installation fee of $75/hr (minimum 1/2 hr) for client software on your computer (billed by Technology Support Center)
